Now, this workaround has the following issues: Having done that, you can start Steam in Geforce NOW, then you download ATS on the Steam instance running in the cloud, making sure that all DLC downloads are finished before you start the game. One workaround I have found is that you can add Steam itself to your Geforce NOW library. (For me it's Forest Machinery by the way.) Now, on a local installation, a simple restart would solve the issue, but in GeForce NOW, restarting the game essentially restarts the download process in the cloud (even if you normally don't notice it due to its speed), hence the DLCs are missing every time. It looks like Steam downloads the affected DLCs "lazily", and by the time they are finished downloading, the game is already running, and hence it interprets them as missing. I have ran into this same issue yesterday.
